FLU SHOT CLINIC Thursday December 14th 3pm- 5pm
Park County Public Health will be offering flu shots on Thursday Dec 14th from 3 pm – 5pm in the cafeteria at Deer Creek Elementary. Clinic is open to anyone.  Park County public health will bill insurance companies and also offer a no charge vaccine for uninsured or under insured members of the community. 
The required Consent Care forms are attached.  Signed Consent forms can be brought in the day of the clinic. Please contact Jen Harrington, RN if you will be attending the flu clinic so enough vaccine can be ordered.

Safe 2 Tell Program

Platte Canyon School District Joins Safe2Tell Program

Platte Canyon School District has joined the Safe2Tell program as part of its safety enhancement efforts. Safe2Tell is a toll-free hotline, 1-877-542-SAFE (7233). Students, teachers, parents or any community member with a safety concern may call anonymously to make a report. The line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the Colorado State Patrol communication center.
