Athlete Conduct
- Any violation of legal statues will result in suspension from the team.
- All CHSAA rules regarding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are to be followed. The penalty for use during the season is a 15 week suspension from the formal sports season. This may overlap different sports.
- Any act of insubordination during a practice or event by an athlete, will result in suspension for the remainder of the sport season.
- If the athlete is suspended out of school for any reason, he/she cannot participate at practice or be on the school grounds and is suspended from the team.
- All students are ambassadors of the school and expected to always be on their best behavior.
- Athletes will practice good sportsmanship, cheer on teammates, and remain with the team at all times.
- If the student receives a major disciplinary referral, he/she will not be eligible to participate in the next scheduled contest.
- Any violations of the conduct rules will be disciplined accordingly.
- The Principal or Activities Coordinator may make a judgment to allow or not allow a student to participate in a sport based on his/her citizenship.
- Any athlete removed from a contest by a referee or official for any reason such as fighting, language, etc., shall be ineligible for participation for the remainder of the contest and one additional contest.
