School-to-family communication is a priority for Platte Canyon School District.   We strive to keep families informed of all news and events that affect the safety and academic achievement of our students.  To facilitate this need, Platte Canyon School District has partnered with Shoutpoint, a rapid notification system.   With Shoutpoint, the District can quickly send messages by phone and or email to all school families and staff.   We will use this service for school closings, delayed openings and early dismissals due to inclement weather, and school emergency situations.
