The use of the account must be in support of education and research and consistent with the educational objectives of Platte Canyon Schools. |

As users of this community system, students will notify a teacher or systems administrator of any violations of this contract taking place by other FMS students or other parties. This may be done anonymously. |

Do not give your password to anyone other than your teacher or a systems administrator. |
|
You may not use or play games via the network or the Internet. |
|
You many not use or alter anyone else’s network account. |
|
You may not offer Internet access to any individual via you account. |
|
You may not break in or attempt to break into other computer systems. |
|
You may not create or share computer viruses. |
|
You may not destroy or alter another person’s data. |
|
You may not monopolize the resources of the FMS network by doing anything that requires large amounts of time and space. |

You are not permitted to retrieve or put onto the network any copyrighted material including but not limited to: software, music, art work, threatening or obscene material. |

Purposefully annoying other Internet users, on or off the FMS system is prohibited. This includes things as continuous talk requests. |

No illegal activities may be conducted via the Internet. |
|
All communications and information accessible via the network should be assumed to be private property. |
|
There are to be NO changes on the computer (desktops, screen savers, icons, etc.). |
|
You may not restart a computer under any circumstances with out the permission of the person in charge. |
